Since it appears we are all grateful for the support at Vodahost, I will put my 2 cents in as well!

Although I haven't had to use support at all recently, there have been several occasions that I have had to put in a support ticket, mostly my own questions and or problems...but in all cases, support has been so very responsive and helpful. When I first joined over a year ago and saw that there was no support phone number, I hesitated for a moment. But I can tell you first hand that the support system they have in place is faster than a phone call, less time consuming and accurate. I have even received phone calls from support to make sure everything was good. So I am a firm believer in Vodahost's support staff! THANK YOU!
