Is this while you view your page within the web builder? Your site appears to be showing fine when I view with the exception of page widths and centering the same ...
So .... here is what perhaps may be going on ...
I have found with the release of BV9 (and its recent upgrades to it) that the pages within your web builder are set in a standard format. This is a definite great feature of the new version 9, it will help maintain your page within the '800 width that your pages are recommended to be built at.
If you have previously built your website with pages that are wider than this, you should either adjust your web pages and republish, or adjust the margins within the builder to accommodate this ... your choice
The very same scenario with the length of your page, so if you are only seeing part of your template going down the page, increase your margins, bottom left in the builder, and move your page downward ...
