Click on the "Marquee" button at the top of screen. A text box will appear...now double click the text box then you will get a "Marquee Properties" window. Type in your sentence or message in the text box provided. The remainder should be self explanatory.

When you are finished you can move the marquee box on the page by click and dragging it.
