You can send each person to a page you create yes, but youd also have to assign each person or page as a group to make it exclusive for them. Otherwise youd have to be running some customized scripts.

Theres a live chat thing in the fantastico programs, I havent tried it, nor tried to incorporate it to a soho site. Theres a pal thing now thats been added to soho but thats really NOT a live chat.
