Soho is a LIVE builder. The minute you hit save or install it.. its LIVE! Most catalog style builders are! You dont build on your hard drive and publish, all your work is done on the server. Just dont link to it until you are ready to have it viewed. Of course it might be picked up anyway if you have another site on the server!

Dont let this stop you from building tho. For me it was a good thing. The last store i built just before xmas was getting orders as I was putting product up.
