For both of you:
Within the last month there was a secruity update, and Voda sent folks emails with new passwords to replace whatever they previously had. For some, theses emails were intercepted by their spamblockers and ended up in some trash or spam folders - Please check yours and see if this was the case.
If not, both of you submit a ticket to support (you can do so at the top of this forum under help me) ...
