If you wish use
my form to send me your login details so i can have a look.
However, it seems that there are a few problems with your form settings:
1. The hidden field should be "Formid" and not "Contact 2". It's value should be 2 if the form id is 2.
2. The action script, dbts_abvfp seems to be installed in this site's root folder, and not in a folder of it's own, as advised. And this would cause the problem, as
a. The script doesn't find the Formid.
b. It tries to send you to it's own (NOT yours) error page to let you know that it is missing
c. Since there is no such page in the root directory, it defaults to the ABVFP index page and from there to the login page.
