first of all thanks for the great help.

i followed the process of creating an advance form but failed to do so.

i only have 2 pages to create and only the 1st one has boxes for the visitors to fill.

so 1st page has 3 boxes(name,email and language) and submit button. and the 2nd page is "thank you page".

if i understand correctly, only the 2nd page needs to have teh short HTML code you gave implemented in it, is that correct?

also, when i'm going to "preview" mode, it shows the HTML on the page, is this normal? is it only disappears once page is published?

plaese help me with it, what am idoing wrong?
