Use a ftp to upload it. Theres video tutorials on ftp's on the tutorial page.

There is also the file manage that is available via cPanel, this will allow you to upload files.

It is kind of pointless to code a layout in bluevoda. It isn't meant for this use, its meant to generate the html code for a layout, not to have it programmed in.
