For some reason i could NOT LOG IN TO Web/Ftp Statistics so i assumed that i had to log in to Statistic software config and make some changes there.
Now i figure out the problem. I reinstalled BV again and this time i turned off Norton Internet Security before i logged in to my cPanel and "Voila" it worked.
