Ok folks...I finally figured out a solution. Once I opened a new french account with PAYPAL, I simply copied the ACHETER MAINTENANT button image from their website to my images files. I then used the english button in the BV website builder, changed the button image to custom image, fetched the saved ACHETER MAINTENANT image, changed the PAYPAL account email address to the french account .... bingo....it works
