Totally Impressed with Vodahost Templates | | I opened an account with you about 2 years ago now and right back then purchased one of your Flash website templates from VodaHost Templates.
I messed around with it when I first got it - then got frustrated and had too little time to give to it.
The other day I finally decided that I have got to find the time. So it was back to square 1 - trying to learn Flash and alter the template to suit my needs.
After a few hours of getting no where - I decided to try your help provided. The guy I spoke to said that my issue was too complicated and requested that I submit a support ticket. He then told me that they would then make me a personal video tutorial to help me with my problem.
I confess that I just thought to myself 'Yeah, yeah - he's just trying to get rid of me' but I asked him how long that would take and he said about 4 hours. That made what he had told me even more unbelievable - but what choice did I have?
I came home this morning (having submitted this request last night before I went out) to find an email waiting for me telling me that my request for help had been answered. I followed the link and sure enough - there was a flash video tutorial made especially for me - using the exact same template that I had bought!! I was totally impressed, but still had doubts that I would be able to do what I wanted.
However, an hour later I had not only managed to do everything I had wanted to do - but more as well. I was a complete Flash dummy - but this tutorial led me by the hand visually , using the exact same template I was working on.
This kind of support is simply second to none and your video didn't only teach me how to do things that i had been struggling with for hours and hours and getting nowhere, but more importantly has given me the confidence to mess around with Flash a lot more.
This kind of support is completely lacking with almost every company I deal with. If only more took a leaf out of your book.
