The title of your page is what you put into the properties as the title - it shows up at the very top of the open window - like here look up and it says "vodasearch submission - Web Hosting" - so they have this set up that the page title is the name of your post and the category. Every page on your site needs it's own title that fits that page. So they are asking what the title is on your page. Right now your home page title is "relationship marketing" - which I got by looking at your site.
