ABVFP has sent you an email with your login info. Trace it, and your details are there. If you can't find it, you still have another option:
Connect with FTP, browse the ABVFP folder to find the file dbts_ABVFP_confic. php . Double click it and it should open in Notepad. It contains all your login info, included the database ones.
