No, since you have copied the two files in the subdomain folder, the form action needs to be
http://www.subdomain.com/dbts_abvfp.php .There is no need to add the /ABVFP.
Your ABVFP control panel will be the same one in your main domain, you will be setting up your subdomain forms from the same control panel.
