You don't need to transfer, just change the name servers. Since your account expired it probably automatically put you on the newest server.

Just login to your billing... assuming you purchased the domain name from vodahost it will be http://vodahost.com/modernbill
For another company it will vary, and find nameservers or dns and change it to the new ones
