On your question how to delete the page?

You can enter you cPanel, goto File Manager, select "public_html"
Find the file and highlight and a dialogue will appear [top right corner]
Delete the file.

You can also delete the file using Blue FTP following the same procedure
from cPanel as above.

Experiment and learn about FTP and cPanel. Do not be afraid.

When you make a mistake publishing, just republish over and your previous
webpage will be automatically overwritten.
