Hello, can somebody please please help me set up outlook express from using Horde.

I'm trying to set up my outlook and need answers to the following questions. I am using Horde which was on my control panel:

Account Type? POP3, IMAP, HTTP. (options given, i think the answer is http if so the following two questions are...)

Server URL? (what should i put here? how far into the logging in process before i copy and paste the url?)


Where can I get the answers for these questions please, i dont know whether Horde is POP3, IMAP or HTTP?

I just need help.
