Hi Karen, I just want to add to what Andrew is explaining. I have just helped two fellow South Africans to purchase a .co.za domain. You can register it here http://co.za/ It does not have to be only an add-on domain with Vodahost; it can be a main domain. BUT, if you already have an account with VH, then you don't need to open a new account; you can then create an add-on domain with VH as Andrew has explained. Click here for the tutorial. For your add-on, find out from VH your Name Server information (the ns1 and ns2 details). You will need this with the local registrar with registering a new domain with them. The Registrar would like to have this info: Primary server FQDN:
Primary server IPv4 glue:
Secondary server FQDN:
Secondary server IPv4 glue:
Follow the instructions on the Registrar's website.
