You could place as many transparent shapes over your picture as needed and add the various peoples details in the shape's 'alt text' or you could add something along the lines of "Click here to view Andrew's Contact Details" in the alt text and then make use of the new 'popup feature' in BV10 and then let the 'link popup window' display "Andrew's" contact details.
