Red face Builder Wont OPen

I purchased the hosting package today and i also downloaded v10 of builder.

I have just attempted to reopen the builder and it wont allow me too.

I have restarted my computer several times and i have even tried to delete the builder from my remove programme and reinstall the builder software but i still cant open it.

A message comes on my screen stating "failed to open document" AffiliSys-Bluevoda


CAN YOU HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
