I used your site map to move around....looks to me like you forgot to copy/paste a properly configured Menu page-to-page!
(remember: whenever you "re-publish" a transferred or backed up file, all hyperstyles are lost, if the heirarcial page evolution is broken --- in other words, if you cloned all your pages from the index, your "new" index probably lost it's styles, and thus all subsequent pages will also. Only your "last" published page will have nav embedded) Also, given this is all done using pre-BV10
