There will be no conflict. However, the domain that you are pointing to VH will not be viewable until you publish. Make sure that you save a back up of all of your files from the old server as those files will cease to exist.
You will have to publish to your public_html/addon#1 (whatever you designate) and the newest addon to public_html/addon#2 |
