I checked the urls and they are the same?
In the ABVFP C/P ....

Domain Name: www.saloans.net
Form Url: www.saloans.net

The form url on my index page:
http://www.saloans.net/ABVFP/dbts_abvfp.php

Should I remove the "http://" in the form url on the index page?
