Issue: Okay bear with me. Recently I got an email about the changing of the severs and to download the latest version of Blue Voda 10.0 in order to publish to the new IP address... so i did that. now the email told me that my current password will be the same. but every time I try to publish, I get this message

"Internet Exception Error 12014

Details:
The request to connect and log on to the FTP server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect."

Now I was wondering if I can get my password reset or get a new password for publishing.
