Please help me with one of my forms. I have been trying to edit my Contact Us page to include a submit button. I have used CCleaner to clear the cache, I have hit F5 until my finger is tired. I have uploaded BV 10 and saved all the pages in BV 10. I have republished all my pages and yet every time the Contact Us page the submit button does no appear? I have looked through all the threads, I have run through the form tutorials at least three times but still no luck.
