I checked to see if I could have my domain name and it was alright.
However, I done a general search using this name and it turns out that some author has a book out in exactly the same name!!
This isnt a domain name he had, just his book title. I thought it would be alright to just have the same name but with added numbers! Hmmm, not sure there either as both books, his and mine would have simular titles. Both books are on completely different subjects.
Where it might clash is when people do a search, we will send traffic to each others sites. But saying as that author had his book out two years ago, he will probably get annoyed with me or get upset. What could he do to me, or any ideas on how I could resolve the problem?

Maybe I should of started my own thread off but only replyed because this thread has got me thinking about possibe bad consequenses because of infringement etc.
