This isnt a domain name he had, just his book title. I thought it would be alright to just have the same name but with added numbers! Hmmm, not sure there either as both books, his and mine would have simular titles. Both books are on completely different subjects. Does not matter....US Patent & Trademark Office Law clearly stipulates this as infringement.
Where it might clash is when people do a search, we will send traffic to each others sites. But saying as that author had his book out two years ago, he will probably get annoyed with me or get upset. What could he do to me, or any ideas on how I could resolve the problem? Make your life miserable, first by suing you to "Cease and Desist" and then for punitive damages......it only costs about $140 to bring suit, but you could be on the hook for millions, depending on the Publisher, the income generated, and projected earnings....

Maybe I should of started my own thread off but only replyed because this thread has got me thinking about possibe bad consequenses because of infringement etc. Rightly so, and it would be simply prudent to migrate into another direction......
