BACKUPS from the cpanel are going to be compressed tar.gz files usually and not useful in that form. Use an ftp client where you can navigate between your hard drive and your server create folders and select several files or site folders to download with a hilite and a right click.

They wont be bvp files tho.. you will have to IMPORT them by going to file, new, from html and select the folder on your hard drive, fix up your pics etc and then you can save them as bvp
