Hi, sites got a nice feel to it & loads well. Couple of things worth a look at.
Put a skip & enter button on the entry page as you will get a lot of visitors leaving with a flash this long.
Be worth setting your page width to 755 to center your pages.
The top logo is a bit distracting at 15 sec to load, 3 or 4 would be less distracting.
