Hi, not sure you can. I am thinking that this will depend on how may tool bars a visitor uses at the top of their screen. I have 4 open at the moment & some users may only have 1 or 2. So may look different to each person on how much vertical page is showing.
Personally! I would go slightly longer as different browsers will mess things up.
IE: if you don't have the page long enough when using Fire fox, the page will jump from left to right by about 15px as it wont render the slide bar where IE will show a bar all the time.
