for your link to back to home/index page, just put
http://www.bluelemonstudio.com in the link without the rest of the page name. That way, no matter what your index page's exact name is the link will always work for going back to home/index page. Mind you, this only works for linking to the home/index page. All other pages still have to have exact name in the link.
