I found out that the reason I cannot see the bottom of the page is because the whole window shifts slightly.(the top looks OK though)
Let's say I start Mozzila ...First I maximize the window , so now it is covering entire screen corner to corner like it should...but when I click on "view cart" and than click on "continue shopping" the screen is no longer centered so that the bottom portion is not visible.
It is as if I also scaled down the screen a bit after pressing "continue shopping" button only it happens by it's self.
Is there a way to fix that?
