1) Just log-in, go to your dash board, select DESIGN, go to THEME, then select the available themes there.
2) If you have a prefered theme, just upload to your ftp under the folder THEME, then proceed with step 1.
3) How to go theme folder?
click WP-CONTENT, go to THEME. That's it.
