Adding a Bluevoda Guestbook to your Page:
1) Click the Guestbook Icon then click on your page and drag the mouse to form the Guestbook Box
(The Guestbook can then be resized and placed anywhere on your page).
2) Double click the Guestbook Box to open the PHP Guestbook Properties box.
3) Change the TITLE if you wish (you should leave the other fields as they are, but they can be changed)
4) Click on the Advanced button and choose an admin password (allows you to edit/delete entries). The default password is 'password'
5) Enter your email address if you want to be notified when someone uses your Guestbook.
6) Click OK - Then Publish your page.
7) After you post an initial welcome message, the script will auto create the required guestbookdb.php file for you.
Using the Bluevoda FTP Manager (TOOLS - FTP Manager) or
the File Manager in your Cpanel, Select the guestbookdb.php file and right click
then click Properties and set the permissions to 777 (

You will see an error message when you have published your Guestbook but this will disappear after you have made the first entry.
Change the permissions of 'guestbookdb.php' to 777 otherwise your guests won't be able to write data. There are 3 files involved when creating a Bluvoda Guest Book:
1. The BV page that you created the GB on. ( call it whever you wish but should
NOT have a .php extension)
2. The guestbook.php which is created when you publish number 1
3. The guestbookdb.php which is created when you first make an entry into your guest book.
