first you create the coupon. lets say you name is coupon1.doc or coupon1.pdf
then you upload the doc. or the pdf file to the server using bv's ftp.
then you put your image or text link on the page and your link for the doc. or pdf file will be:
www.yourwebsitename.com/coupon1.doc or
www.yourwebsitename.com/coupon1.pdf
when your customer clicks on the text or image you can have either a new pge come up or a pop up window.
