My ID 32709 and I have a question that I sent to support and they blew me off with the terse reply, "all tutorials have sound." My question was, why do some of my tutorials have no sound? I should have asked differently, so here is the question I hope someone can answer. Why do some of my tutorials have no Narrator sound? I am currently reviewing the tutorials on OS Commerce. Some of them have the sound of a voice while others do not, just the sound of a click. The reason I ask this question is because without the narrator's voice, for me, I constantly have to hit pause to make sure I have enough time to read what I think the Narrator would be saying. So I would just like to know if it is my system, or do the rest of you have the same problem? Situation?
