Both the SMF and the phpBB3 forums in your cpanel are out of date, you will need to update them once you have installed them. The SMF Forum is easier to update than the phpBB3 forum. would advise downloading the package from which ever site you choose ether
SMF OR
phpBB3 and manually install on to your server.
