I have built a fairly large website using blue voda's website builder, approximately 1600 pages and I have no problems publishing it.

However, I am building a new site. I purchased the hosting for it today and was sent my log in details via email.

I was given my IP address, username and password. My new site is already built, just waiting to go live. When I click on the button to publish my page using blue voda, the server IP address I need is not listed and there is no way to manually enter it.

How do I publish my pages if my server IP address is not listed in the menu?
