Zuriatman, I think your confusing animated and 3d, they don't have to go hand in hand.

cookieboy, you are going to want to either create an animated gif, which is essentially a series of still pictures with a delay in milliseconds between transitions to the next frame (next still image). The other solution would be using flash, which should be included in the master collection. It is esentially the same principle, except its not a transition from image to image, its much more dynamic and fluid. I can't offer much assistance with that as I have never actually gotten around to learning flash, but perhaps check for some online tutorials or buy a good book on it.
