I send a test email to myself and it says this in the sender line:

wtdasetm@voda4.voda4.com; on behalf of; Goplanit [dale@goplanit.ca]

In my CPanel of my one Web App, it is asking for the settings shwon in the attached image:



Does anyone know what I should be putting in the settings?
