Hi guys I hope you can help me on this one

I can not create a new pop e mail addy in c panel I have seen the sticky post and rewatched the tutorial but I keep getting this below no matter what password I enter it is not good enough I even used my login password for c panel. Even though it says account created when I go back there is no account.
I know the password in the screen shot would be easy to crack but it is just an example to show what I have been getting.
