Hi Sugarplum.
You should start your own new thread with something like this - as it could easily be missed.
However a links page is just a page with hyperlinks on it to other sites that you want to link to.
You may want to use other peoples' banners - some come with links embedded others you may have to add a hyperlink.
Bethers highly recommends that you use text links as they are much more search engine friendly.
If you watch the 'Hyperlinking' tutorial (follow the link under my signature) it will refresh your memory on hyperlinking.
