It should work,
check your rssfeed.php. and make sure there are no space in between. make it like this:

upload the php.file above to your root directory (public_html).
in control panel 'Apache Handler' make sure you add
.htm server-parsed and
.html server-parsed
and then you call your newsfeed through your page by adding
<!--#include virtual="/rssfeeds.php" --> in html box and place it wherever you want.
