try this quick tip.
On the PAGE you want to link TO, insert a 'bookmark' next to the paragraph you want the link to go to on that page. such as answer #2, drag the bookmark image (indicator) next to that paragraph. Edit the bookmar and name it, for example, answer2
Next, on the question page (where you are linking FROM) edit your hyperlink to show the url of the answer page then also select #answer2
that might work, i'm not too good at internet stuff. I do the same thing with links on their own pages when I want a 'back to top of page link' i just put a bookmark (called top) at the very top and put just #top in the url because it's the same page.
