Was getting alot of test submissions... blank forms sumitted. This webpage (video upload) has been removed from
http://www.lost-angelz.com and replaced with a standard contact form, The script supplied by naval design does work. Page was removed from website only because uploading files was no longer needed. If you do use the script you may want to ad a validator code string to stop blank submissions.
