How do I make a new page to one website whether then make a whole new website?

Do you want to make the same page or a totally different one?

I'd like to know how to make a totally different page on the same exact site without making more then one site for it.

If I understand you correctly you want to have another page other than your home page.
Create your home page, be sure to name it index.
In BV create your new page (for arguments sake call it welcome), link to it from your home page with a picture/button/hyperlink etc. eg - www.yourdomain.com/welcome.html
You can add as many pages as you please.
Also check out the BV tutorials, they're a dreat help!

It does get easier as you go along, BV is really easy to use.
