I am trying to copy & paste text onto a page without success. Please advise.

Click on Insert / Text and paste into the box that opens up.

I tried that, it didn't work. I inserted a text box. I copied the text that I wanted for the page. I double clicked in the text box to paste and nothing happened....what did I do wrong?

Were you copy white text ? Change the color of the copied text, you might be copying to the same color background.
Try copying from another source see if that works.

No , the text is black on a white background.

After you double clicked did you do a "Ctrl V" or right click and select "Paste"?

Although I am very computer literate, I am new to this process. I would like to create a nice site but it's going to take me some time. So, I thank you for your help, I forgot about that option.
