    Default Music on the webpage

    Hello,
I want to have mp3:s for download on my site but not sure how to do it.. Have no problems uploading the music, but how do I link to my songs on the page? What commands in BlueVoda should I use?

    Thanks!

    Andreas

Unless things have changed, and I doubt they have, mp3's are not permitted on VodaHost servers.

Use either the Quicktime or Mediaplayer menu on the left of your BV tools. This is just for the person browsing to listen.
If VodaHost do not yet have this option (please await a reply from a VodaHost staff member first), there are a lot of PHP scripts that do this. i.e. http://www.kplaylist.com/

What!! That was the whole purpose for me to get the page in the first place :( To upload and sell my own music.. if this is the case then I have to change web host.

Don't be too hasty. Raise a support ticket and get an immediate answer to your query.

We're just going by what we know so far. Get the facts from the people themselves before making any decisions...you may regret leaving VodaHost! They truly are great!

    Good luck!

Who said mp3's are not permitted on Vodahost servers?

As long as its your copyright(or you have the proper liscense), I see no reason why you couldn't upload it.

They are permitted, I suppose, but not for download.

I am pretty sure you are allowed to even download them, as long as its your copyright/you have a liscense.

    Open a support ticket incase.
