Thread: tool bar

I cant get the tool bar with the big A on it to work. It's the one that lets you choose the text colour. I get the tool bar to darken as if it's operational when I click the "where are the buttons" button. then it just lightens up when I close that box. I'm trying to put white text on a black background from a downloaded header. Can anyone help

First select and highlight some text. this will activate the "Big A"
